I. THE DELIVERY THAT SEALED THE MATTER

On August 1, 2025, at precisely 2:58 p.m. Central Time, the green card return receipt came into the hands of the sender, confirming that the Office of the President of the United States Inc. had received the scroll—a record they were never meant to answer, but now cannot escape.

This was not a gift. It was a witness.

This was not opinion. It was evidence.

This was not merely delivery. It was the final notice.

This was the scroll. And now, the scroll has returned.

Green Card received in hand by the sender on August 1, 2025, confirming delivery on July 21, 2025 and lawful service on the record.

II. FRAUD ATTEMPTED – BUT THE RECORD STANDS

The green card that was returned holds signs of tampering:

Both front and back barcode strips have been deliberately marked through by pen—an unlawful attempt to obstruct the automated scanning process and obscure the official record of delivery.
Water damage present on the card has blurred the official "RECEIVED" stamp at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, clearly an effort of sabotage—and yet it failed.

The USPS digital record still confirms delivery, and we now possess both physical and electronic proof that the Executive was notified.

Fraud marked by pen, washed by water, but defeated by the hand of Providence.

This green card is now scanned and archived. The images—front and back—appear below, redacted only to protect the private dwelling of the living sender.

III. THE OPEN LETTER – NOW AN OPEN INDICTMENT

The full contents of the scroll, originally released to the public as Substack #49, are now lawfully in the hands of the Executive.

1. Comply:

Enter the Sovereign Override Code: SOV-RST-59-EXE-060825 into your secured portal.
Deliver public acknowledgement of the Living Standard on social media and through official executive channels before 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on August 6, 2025.
Issue a public address to the nation acknowledging the claim of the Living, the repurposing of the United States Corporation under superior jurisdiction, and the authority of HONOR AND TRUST.
